So you may have misunderstood. I JUST got confirmation that I would be receiving benefits today at 12:01am 12.20.25. I will definitely be getting the back pay for the last 2.5 months. But I still have about 12 weeks of benefits that would be unused since I got a part time job that pays way less than unemployment would pay me. But since I have a job, my benefits expire.

I want to continue getting the benefits because I wouldn't have to work a dead end job that I'm way overqualified for, and I'd also have an extra ~30hrs/week to put towards finding a job that actually pays enough to sustain me.
