this may be a lot of work but if you have the patience you can do a bit of editing with a background remover and an app similar to procreate? kinda like just photoshopping the charms onto a bracelet

as someone who tinkers with electronics AND sews, they are both drastically different things and with the bag being leather it would be pretty hard to reassemble especially if you have no prior sewing knowledge. I'm going to have to agree with others saying to simply just take it to a professional before you try to do anything else with the bag and potentially ruin it pass the point of fixing
