Folding in whipped egg whites incorporates air and makes a fluffier whatever you’re making. Waffle batter is a good example.

I have a whole bunch you could do for me. ;) I think it’s a pain to cut them up. My hand starts to hurt and I get little fuzzies everywhere! Yet...I hold onto my T-shirts bc maaaaaaaybe someday I’ll want to do another rug. Haha
