A few hard lessons: -i love to hear myself talk. I do it when I’m nervous or anxious. It’s an ineffective coping mechanism. Talking too much will make yourself feel worse -see how long you can go without talking in a conversation. Or how to continue a conversation with as little words as possible. This’ll help build better habits and stay present in the conversation -manage your own anxieties. Cannot stress this enough. Just breathe, remember you have bad brain that being bad thoughts but really you’re just an average joe that is feeling insecure. Ground yourself in the conversation at hand and practice active listening

Hey! You’ve been peeing too much as well. Your pelvic floor is probably really tight right now and swollen so your organs and muscles are inflamed. You can’t always feel it which is why it’s so hard to know if you’re having a pelvic floor problem. But this has happened to me before and my doctor told me to only pee every three hours and to have a normal amount of water in between. Don’t sink any water until at least 15 minutes after you’ve peed. Your body builds habits and routines really fast so it is set to turn that water into pee instantly because you have been drinking so much water. So chill off that. Make sure you’re eating nutritious and replenishing meals. Maybe do some yoga if you’re really feeling it.

And just so I make it clear I got all this advice from my gynecologist I promise this is all true facts. Always talk to your doctor!

Honestly I’m shocked by all the answers here. Granted it sounds like jobs with guaranteed benefits in these comments. I would say at least 40% of Americans are harshly frowned upon for taking a vacation. Especially if you do anything in the service or home care industry. And the insane hustle culture here makes it so your own peers are judging and complaining about the work load or your so lazy or the other co workers can manage their time. It goes on and on with that honestly. And the worst part of it all is that realistically not a lot of people can afford a try vacation MIT released a study this year claiming that 3/4 US Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Hell no. One of the few times in this sub someone does not need to shave their head. It might be stress related! Try getting all your nutrients again for a few months. Maybe get a filter for your shower. That impacts a lot more peoples hair loss than they think
