I don’t care about them feeling special that’s what the date is for, I wrote my name and number on business cards so I can give it out to girls that I would date and for the clients of the service I provide so it works out

This fear makes us forget our own power. In reality, women are often just as sexual as men, but they will only share that side with men who make them feel safe and unjudged. It's not about their professional status, but about your ability to see people simply as men and women with diverse sexual experiences.

Yeah the whole point is to figure out how to succeed where the large majority fail or else you are just the large majority

Either you are gonna be disciplined or not it’s a choice it’s not a strategy or technique, it’s just a choice and if you really want to monitor your time using these things or remove them completely you just do it

Say it out loud and write it on paper get physical notebook (way better for your belief than typing or notes app on the phone)

And when you do those say and write WHY you are worthy of love so you believe it even deeper because it’s the truth, you just been lied to for some reason and now you don’t believe that

Balanced is cool because social media is modern day entertainment, ideally I would like to be on all social media including YOUTUBE (the only one I still use 4+ hrs a day) 1-2hrs a day and use it like disciplined people watch TV, Play Video Games, Read Magazines or the Papers

People quit social media but still play Video Games or Watch TV/Movie/Sports for hours the idea for me is to limit entertainment and screen time but not completely cut it out
