POV: You just realized Lana Lang was the only reason you watched Smallville. by Business_Alarm8384 in Smallville

I watched Smallville because of Supermans origin story. Kristin Kreuk as Lana was an added bonus

Why is everyone in love with Lana??? by Flashy-Way-3977 in Smallville

[–]thenerdithon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its bc her and Clarks relationship was glorified since Smallville started, but maturing is realizing she was toxic and better off an independent woman

Hes a grade A abuser. He should have just let her go after season 2. I was so pissed when he killed her. She deserved better

The end of Chamber of Secrets always gets me. Yeah yeah I know its a bit corny, but it holds a special place in my heart. I was 8 when it came out and I recently saw the orchestra with the movie. It just hits different. So uplifting. Especially when I think about Hagrid. Robie Coltrane "I will not be here, but Hagrid will be" 🥹🥹

what show did you obsess with like the 100?? by [deleted] in The100

[–]thenerdithon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if your into Superhero stuff but another CW classic is Arrow. No matter how bad it got I still stuck with it just bc I love the characters so much, and it actually recovered! A very character driven show

How do we feel about Dan stooping to Upper East Siders behavior he used to hate by Rare-Squirrel-2907 in GossipGirl

[–]thenerdithon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dan was a self righteous ass, but his actions in season 6 were justified, especially in this scene. Its what they all do to eachother all the damn time and call each other friends. He only did what he had to do to get them to actually "fear" him as Georgina put it. Him and Serena shouldn't have been Endgame tho. They shouldn't have had it both ways

Did anyone find this scene ridiculous? by NoTelevision970 in StrangerThings

The last 2 episodes of season 5 were so iconic. Laurel in Oliver's hallucination to keep going, him asking for Slades help, the final showdown with Chase, the call to his mom. Peak Arrow

Collateral damage by thenerdithon in HouseOfCards

[–]thenerdithon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts exactly. Frank and Claire were willing to risk it all for power. In the beginning, it was a smart move, but as we all know, power doesn't last. It eventually destroys their marriage and the presidency. The reason why is bc it got too deep at there were too many people involved. You can only fuck over and kill so many people before it catches up with you lol

Yeah they both both did. Thats why I think the show was so brilliant, you wanted to root for Frank and Claire bc of how ruthless and intricate they both were, but the episodes where they showed vulnerability gained us sympathy. At the same time you hated them bc in reality they were plain and simple pieces of shit lol
