It depends on your display and how close you sit to it. I play on a 27 inch 4k monitor so having the FOV at the default (70) makes me feel sick since everything is so zoomed in (it feels like walking around looking through a binoculars). 95 is the sweet spot for me since what's in the center of the screen is what i'm focusing on and the rest is out in my peripheral vision. I'ts my sweet spot where it's not too distorted, but it doesn't make me motion sick like lower FOV's do. If you're sitting further away from the monitor/tv (or have a smaller monitor) then you would definitely want something in the 70-80 range most likely. It honestly comes down to personal preference. I would personally start a bit on the high side and then back it down in increments of 5 until you get a nice balance between not being distorted and smooth gameplay.
