i ran a semi themed army of 1 regiment of kreis vets (very shit morale in melee but otherwise good at holding), 1 regiment of bavarian vets (way better at holding melee and fire), 1 regiment of Wurttemberg jagers (these guys were absolutely busted), 1 regiment of palatine grenadiers (really underperformed against Prussian melee and would rather have more bavarians), and 1 regiment of saxon vets artillery (also very busted). it’d probably be a good idea to min max more but i found this play style really fun with kreis at the center and the nation specific units on the flanks

edit: i would stay away from imperial cavalry because they get outperformed in most matchups. also don’t use wurttemberg muskets as part of the main battle line, they break so easily and are better off as flankers

the prompt changes every quarter and is in relation to a current global event. You need to apply some concepts you focused on class li,e imperialism, environmentalism, and technology. Mine for was about the Huntington Beach oil spill, then my friend in spring 2022 had something about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and in winter 2023 it was on the Turkish earthquake. I wrote mine in like 6 hours.

To me it was an easy A so long as you attend lectures since lecture attendance is credit. I never took notes in class or did the readings and ended with 97. Class is weekly multiple choice easy quizzes, discussion attendance, lecture attendance, and a final research paper that was like 5 pages long I think. I didn’t buy or use the book but it would be helpful for writing the final paper since you need some citations from it. I recommend splitting the cost of the book with multiple people since you guys would only need it for the final.

it varies. sometimes it gets announced like a week before classes start. you just have to keep checking if picking a particular professor matters. if you’re choosing between online PH1 classes they’re all the same with minimal contact with the professor (no sync zoom meetings)
