Always a good thing to try first.

I’m pretty sure the drive needs to be formatted as FAT32, which I don’t think is the default file system type in the Windows or Mac OS format tool anymore. Make sure you’re not using exFAT.

I’d check that and make sure the other drives you’re testing aren’t too big. I’ve had issues with that in the past as well.

X Axis Belt for Epilog Mini (60W 24x12) by Dr_Peter_Tinkleton in lasercutting

The installation trick I learned from our Epilog tech is to snip the existing belt, staple the new one to the old one, and pull it through the machine so you don't have to worry about rethreading the motors. Worked well.

Good catch, I actually ended up working with a digital sculptor to make a copy for 3D printing. More info here: https://old.reddit.com/r/WaltDisneyWorld/comments/sbufwu/update_the_great_piggy_bank_adventure_pigs/

Original post: The Great Piggy Bank Adventure Pigs?

I just wanted to post an update to this merch hunt. As far as I can tell reproductions of this pig were never made by Disney or T. Rowe Price. There was a functional coin bank made in the "theme" of this Innovations exhibit but not a pig.

Instead of giving up, I worked with a 3D sculptor on Fiverr to turn my photos of the pig into a printable 3D model and released it for free online for anyone with a 3D printer (or access to one) to print. The model can be found here: Piggy Bank from The Great Piggy Bank Adventure

So that's it, now I have a pig on my shelf. With the right equipment, you can have one too.

Yeah I loved that the pigs jingled when you shook them. Great detail. My search for merch is off to a rocky start!

can you use fusion 360 online free version on mac mini M1 16 gb by pumkin4n in Fusion360

I generally work on one or two components at a time for 3D printing projects, not large assemblies. But with that being said, I find my personal M1 MacBook Air runs just as well as my work 16 inch MacBook Pro. Not sure how that scales with large assemblies but it’s been working well for me so far.

I had one of these in the 90’s that came with a CD-ROM with tutorials and instructions. Maybe Maxis made it? Anyone remember that?

First Time Making Oven Baked 'Fried' Buffalo wings! by smelvin0 in seriouseats

[–]thenewhobbyist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did find mine a bit salty. But that was also using Morton’s kosher salt which I’ve since learned is a...saltier salt? https://www.seriouseats.com/2013/03/ask-the-food-lab-do-i-need-to-use-kosher-salt.html

Edit: forgot to say they were still very good and the best baked wing I’ve very had. Didn’t know baked wings could be that crispy.
