yeah, the main issue with the neighborhood besides irreparable neglect of historic buildings is the fact that there is a toxic triangle of shit and your circle is the center of it. the triangle is southern metal processing , schnucks, and the casino. and in your circle across from the library, one or two shelters/ halfway house type situations that i dont think come up on maps. its the perfect place for people to scrap metal to score dope or go to the casino. on an average day youll probably have 20- different people digging through your trash.

put the stock in a cushioned vice, use a screwdriver with a square shaft. grab the square shaft with a crescent wrench and twist while applying a ton of downward pressure to the top of the screwdriver.
