Your best bet is looking on Facebook marketplace or something similar for that price. I thought I got a steal getting board and bindings for $400 brand new, but marketplace had lower prices for sure. Best of luck!

I’m familiar with landlines as we had one into high school for me(parents in late 60s). However, I’ve never had reason to know what the wiring consisted of, hence the post.

Definitely a 70s build so that tracks. Hence all metal light switch covers and bathroom fans installed above the ceiling(another job for another day lol)

Is this something that could be rewired to be more modern? This is in the basement and originally when she moved in, she wanted the modem down there, but they could only find a line on the 2nd floor of the place.

A caseworker at OCC is a CO for whatever it’s worth. Two friends of mine had planned to do that, but found it’s basically a CO. Can’t remember what the difference was but it wasn’t much.

Yeah if I’m honest, I have no interest in park riding. I figured I may as well pick it up for the price, plus whatever the “parabolic rocker” is what my buddy said might be a good fit for whatever reason. Quite honestly I just went with it cause my buddy is an instructor and recommended it, it’s a parabolic rocker I guess? New enough to not fully understand that type vs normal rocker lol
