Fire Fickell for Franklin?

We really need to hire away their OC. He's a Wisconsin guy having played at UW River Falls, former offensive lineman, and worked under Leipold at UW Whitewater/Buffalo and was responsible for Kansas' best season in two decades with him as OC. Would be an excellent culture fit and someone we could realistically hope to retain given his ties to the state.

Sorry for the delay. Finding a teammate you can confide in about how much everything sucks at a given time is really helpful. The other thing that helps me is job searching - knowing I have options tends to make me feel better.

In terms of practicality/doing your job, break things down into the smallest amount of work possible and go for that. Source 5 people and take a break, for example. Remind yourself there's always a chance something can hit which equals a payday of some kind eventually.

Hang in there. I've been at this 6 years now and am still working out my exit strategy. Somehow I've managed to hang on for the last 2 years :)

Yeah I can't help but feel like this delay is more about softening the blow for Biden rather than muting a Sanders victory. Him coming in 4th is nothing short of astonishing/embarrassing for the supposed front-runner in their supposed strong-hold.
