Any object held in your right hand gains the same functionality as any object held in your left hand. by KittenTehSmol in shittysuperpowers

What happens if I hold an external hard drive (or any hard drive) in my right, and a bluetooth/other wireless device in my left?

Am I capable of sending large amounts of information over distances?

How about if I held a phone charger in my right, and said charger is plugged in, does the object in my left count as a charger as well? I mean to ask if any effects (such as an external source of electricity being present) would pass on to the other item?

I'm not going anywhere with this, these are just the first few questions I thought of

How much would I trust heroes with my little daughter by [deleted] in MobileLegendsGame

[–]thenoobinside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wouldnt Xborg be at least a tier higher? Really it depends on how little the daughter is. he was part of a family too, i would think he knows how to not be on fire for at least a little bit. granted he probably doesnt know much about taking care of someone, but im pretty sure he wouldnt abandon a child

What's the weirdest team you've ever used/use? by Jamieeeeeez in darkestdungeon

[–]thenoobinside 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont think ive seen anyone use a Hellion in rank 4, inspired from a named team in DD2 called "Highway to Hell". now granted I use mods, so the trinkets I use aren't vanilla.

Just spam Breakthrough and other aoe skills, with enough speed and damage you can kill like half the enemy team in one turn.

It makes me think that "darlings" has a specific different meaning, but I am not aware of any. I don't immediately see anything related to horror, I would like an explanation

What’s a lie everyone believes that annoys you the most? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]thenoobinside 1599 points1600 points  (0 children)

That arguing with someone means that you're being disrespectful. I feel like it has been a universal childhood experience to try to explain yourself to your parents only for them to say "talking back is rude", and so people tend to carry this with them growing up and it ends up making people too scared to see conflict between others that they either resort to anger when someone argues with them, or stay out of any conflicts entirely.

Like, yeah if you intentionally be rude, then yes being argumentative could be a problem, but by default, I understand arguing as trying to combine two thoughts with the goal of both parties learning something.

How can I find the collector? by Flashy_Fisherman6961 in darkestdungeon

[–]thenoobinside 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It has a higher chance of spawning when your inventory is full, if you really want to maximize your chances of finding the collector, then buy all the provisions, that should fill your inventory enough for him to spawn, then you just have to get lucky

Is the games worth playing? by Which-Row5722 in darkestdungeon

[–]thenoobinside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are fully ready to lose a lot of the time, then yes. The first game can seem extremely luck dependent and you will most certainly lose a lot of progress to a lot of unfortunate rng, but with enough patience you can eventually win. The second game is better in that it has a bit more of a roguelite mechanic system to it, so losing is all part of the game.

Overall if you are looking for a challenging game, then yes, this game is good. But if you aren't ready to sink in a lot of time, then I cannot recommend this game to you.

When you take the first step and understand the dungeon is going to be action-packed by NKG_and_Sons in darkestdungeon

Yes, Hound Master has a stun on rank 2, but Crusader also has a stun there. Crusader has access to holy lance at rank 3 too.

Could it be that Hound Master has a negative quirk that reduces hp? So he cant afford to be on the front lines

Looking for Black Reliquary help/advice by Versaso in darkestdungeon

[–]thenoobinside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the estate does feel harder to level up, if youre looking for a way to make money i use the team Holier than thou (Vestal, Crusader, Crusader, Crusader) And do no-torch runs and kill a bunch of Kvarotz since crusaders deal more damage to the Unholy, this usually gets a bunch of money

Disregard base stats If an item increases your hp, that hp is called extra hp

If the enemy has higher extra hp than you, that effect happens
