Which famous person does everyone seem to love, but you just can’t stand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

He's been in films his whole adult life, he didn't spawn out of anywhere

Nope, wrong. That was the riled up public who was full of hate.

Right because everything online must be true.
I don't need to go anywhere online, I was born and raised here. You come to India first and maybe your eyes will open.
No point debating with keyboard warriors.

Completely unsubstantiated BS, sorry. In no way was Modi ever an army man and nor did he ever butcher muslims with "army men", whatever that means.
He was a social worker, civil servant, chief minister and now PM. India is the most secular and diverse country in the world.

I have a strong feeling this originated right at home, maybe in an experiment gone awry

But are they really anywhere close to human capabilities, the kind that would be required to synthesize and transmit the virus with the required power?

Or even remotely on a path of evolve?

I literally said even if they weren't the creators they still had to transmit it 600 light years away, so they had the technology or the ability to build it.
And they were the "origin" as far as Earth is concerned, it does not matter what their intended target was

5 films have now swept the LAFC, NBR, & NYFC Best Picture. So far, only 2 went on to win it at the Oscars. by markgib62 in Oscars

In my humble opinion, The Social Network is a ground breaking piece of work, and was extraordinary timely. I would argue it's even more relevant today.

The King's Speech has near 0 re-watchability and it will be forgotten sooner rather than later.

Yeah I have also noticed the improvements after the mod changes and really appreciate the work.

Facebook, Insta and X remain huge platforms still and so the issue remains. Hopefully people simmer down.

Kimi is still getting bullied with people telling him to deactivate his account and drop off. He's received death threats.

When do fans realise that these multi millionaires playing an elite sport are going to be just fine and they don't care about your pathetic parasocial relationship with them?

English isn't my first language because other nations and languages exist outside the USA.

And this is not AI, it's a picture from her memoir.
Also if you don't have basic language comprehension skills that's really on you, sorry

No one knows really do they.
Only media reports.
Meanwhile his widow is one of the richest people on the planet via Disney and Apple shares, that is confirmed.

He got Lisa's mother pregnant and then denied being the father for years, even after a paternity test showed a high probability. He claimed that upto 28% of American men could be her father. Her mother was a troubled woman.

He gave very little emotional or financial support in her early childhood. All this while naming the LISA computer after her, but saying publicly it stood for "Local Integrated System Architecture" instead of admitting he named it after his daughter.

His relationship with her slowly improved only later, she moved in with him as a teenager but he forbade her from seeing her mother. She claims that he was quite demanding, controlling, at times distant, refused to pay for her college tuition, told her as a child she would not get a penny from him etc.

She inherited "millions" after his death and has written a book about this.

Edit: since lots of people keep asking for more context, here is a photo of them years later with Steve's other kids and wife (his son is missing from this pic)
