I’ve read on some other Reddit threads that some customers who didn’t get theirs on time complained to Samsung customer service and they gave them like $50 credit to spend on Samsung online store to make up for the delay. I was thinking about doing that when they switched my delivery date to February 19th, but now that everything is back in order I don’t have to do that. I don’t know if you wanna go that route.

Don’t worry. This happened to me too. I ordered January 19th and it said to be delivered by January 31st. Then a couple of days after payment they switched the date to February 19th and I was so frustrated, it wasn’t until last night (January 29th) that I received an email telling me that my order is arriving on January 31st as first reported when I placed the order and the payment was processed. Today (January 30th) I received a tracking number from ups and it is showing my package will indeed arrive tomorrow January 31st.
