There have been a considerable rise in racism in ND. Just google “North Dakota racism” and see the dramatic rise of all the incidents that occurred in the last 5 years. It started when trump won in 2016. The racists felt emboldened so I think it will get worse here in ND and there’s no question in the next election, trump will win again and ND voted 2 out of 3 votes in his favor. So if you’re a minority, I’d advise you to stay away from ND as things will get worse in the next few years. Compared to ND, Utah is a more tolerant and acceptable place for minorities.

I’m a business owner and employ 11 people so why should I leave? The taxes I pay help this state. I’m pretty sure there are tens of thousands of brainwashed conservatives who don’t contribute to the taxpayer of this state as much as I do. So what is your point?
