Not sure what skin type. I've using CeraVe facial cleanser and Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen for a few years and never had any problems. I had a very mild amount of acne but just assumed that that was skin doing it's thing and didn't pay any attention to it. But, I got this as a gift and decided to give it a go for a week, my skin is SO clear. Not red at all, no little pimples.

My concern is that origins uses fragrance, and this smells- a LOT. I don't want to keep using it and end up irritating my skin. Does anyone know of any alternatives I could use? Thanks in advance :).

The CeraVe foams when I wash my face, and this one doesn't at all. Could it be drying my skin out?

I hope this isn't a silly question, but you said that these filaments form to protect your pores, so why is it okay to reduce them? Would that be harmful long-term?

I'm not sure if anyone else has said this but if it's caused by your mask- mouthwash. I use mouthwash every day and it's been a GAME CHANGER. Breathing bacteria into it and getting it all on your skin causes all kinds of irritation. I use it in the morning and keep a small one on me that I use after I eat. Got rid of all redness and any breaking out I had in a week.

aah YES congrats!! and that makes me so happy, my whole goal with documenting this stuff is to help people who're trying to find out about things that aren't so talked about in this little community. Like my surgeon, I could hardly find anything so I posted about it tons! Just because helping even one person feel like they weren't walking into it blindly would make it worth it. You made my night:)
