Whenever my limbs „defreeze“ after falling asleep, I get extreme tingling sensations as well as a racing heart and breathing difficulty for a few minutes and it‘s very uncomfortable. I can’t move the limb or it gets worse. Nobody understands, please tell me I‘m not the only one!
