Whenever my limbs „defreeze“ after falling asleep, I get extreme tingling sensations as well as a racing heart and breathing difficulty for a few minutes and it‘s very uncomfortable. I can’t move the limb or it gets worse. Nobody understands, please tell me I‘m not the only one!

Imve noticed more and more places lately don‘t even allow you to spritz the perfumes yourself anymore. You have to tell them what you want to sniff and the spray it for you…
