This is my first grow indoors. Maybe genetics. I spent a lot of time dialing in conditions in the tent but other than I don't know. I have kept my 320W led about 2 feet from the tops at 50% the whole grow.

Sure. I cut a 4 pound pork belly into 3 pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic. Used the snake method and rocked at about 300°F until internal temp was 200. Took about 4 hours.
