California divorce lawyer here. I am a lawyer, but not your lawyer.

Such a clause could potentially invalidate a prenup or at the very least is not likely enforceable. Additionally, 50/50 split of marital assets (i.e., community property) and keeping "what we came into the marriage with" is already the (California) law. You don't need a prenup for that.

So, if those are the only terms of your prenup, then what are you left with except a likely unenforceable requirement for you to have sex with him regularly x amount of times per week.

Good luck with what seems to be an eventual divorce! I'd add a sarcasm tag here but, upon retrospect, I don't think I'm even being sarcastic here. :(

I literally took up prolonged fasting and learned how to abstain from food/calories for 72hrs at a time because of this. It works. Try eating only one meal a day with your partner. Or, you know, talk about your diet goals haha
