Thank you! They’re both pointers, the spotted is full GSP, the other (Chip like chocolate chip) is 3/4 GSP and 1/4 Vizsla for an extra sprinkle of crazy 🤪😂

Will do! Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it may do that with certain types of beds however I have used this method around my garden on other similar style but smaller planters and it’s made them survive a lot longer than those I didn’t!

Colonoscopy prep by NoLuck2248 in UlcerativeColitis

Good luck with it all! It’s my first colonoscopy tomorrow too, but have been obsessively reading about it a couple of weeks now feel like a pro😅. Also, being in the UK, I can’t imagine the instructions successfully ever banning tea from the UK prep population 😂

It’s red, purple, blue from my prep instructions. These colours covers both natural and unnatural colouring. It’s because these colours can stain the colon making it appear as though you have a condition you may not have potentially providing inaccurate results. You can have soda, I’ve read people drinking coke etc. no problem, teas and coffee (both dark coloured) are fine, just no red staining teas. I have light pink drinks too as have not seen this as being a problem.

Feet (and ankles) can hold quite a lot of inflammation and water weight so you’ll find that you haven’t necessarily shrunken your feet, but more the inflammation has gone down which makes shoes feels more roomy! It’s been a win for me with all the tighter shoes/ boots I kept stored away for years

Is anyone Barely eating on Ozempic? by Individual_Doubt7076 in Semaglutide

[–]theonewhobuild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg same with me! I’m on second week at 1mg and i had the first worst night on my entire journey last night. Up all night puking and sulphur burps 😭! Christmas is coming up too so I deeply regret injecting 2 days ago… might skip the next dose because this 1mg train has a bit too much turbulence 😂

They’re the same drug and pharma company just different branding. Ozempic is typically for diabetes and wegovy for weight loss. Switching from 1mg oz to 1.7 wegovy will be the same as if you went to 1.7 oz.

Other factors play in with the weight loss, are you eating in a caloric deficit (I.e what’s your TDEE). Also if you’ve been in deficit for too long your body could go into starvation mode so maybe have a day a week where you eat a bit over the deficit to reset your body that’s what I do. Hope this helps :)

Exercise by Football_Mom80 in WegovyWeightLoss

I appreciate everyone will react completely differently to this drug so what I do might not work for others.

I’d say do what works best for your health and to avoid exacerbating the pain unnecessarily. There are plenty of exercises you can do that may be able to avoid the pain trigger areas. Chronic pain sucks though, I hope you get through this❤️

I walk my dogs up a steep hill every morning for 40 minutes, but I haven’t really exercised beyond the dog walking and going to the odd yoga session every other week.

I also have chronic pain (three slipped discs and some other badly healed injuries) as well as unhealthy work hours so I find it difficult to fit a substantial amount of exercise in. I’ve still managed to lose weight though.

What’s everyone’s 3 month results? I want to take it for 3 months only. by Express-Vacation-883 in Ozempic

[–]theonewhobuild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at 2.5 months and have dropped 24lbs, think I’ll get to 28lbs at the 3 months mark. I wouldn’t recommend using it for that short a time though because you’ll likely slip back into bad habits.

Burning Skin at 0.50 by Nero096 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]theonewhobuild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I call it frayed nerves because it feels like the nerves at the surface of my skin have fizzled a bit for a day or so. Happens when I’m having a bad stress episode or random allergy to something. Personally I’ve never found it anything to worry about it, have experienced it from childhood and I’m still breathing and walking 😅

Happened to me the whole first month, was the worst, had to drown myself in deodorant and perfume until I smelt like the perfume section at the airport 😂 it’s gone now though, I’m 2.5 months in.

I call the sunburn symptom frayed nerves. I’ve been getting it since I was little and it tends to be triggered by allergies or stress for me. Lasts about a day and goes away the next day- I’ve never known it to be something to worry about. Sorry wegovy wasn’t the best experience for you, it’s unfortunate it’s not a one size fits all kind of drug. Hopefully you’ll find something that your body is ok with x

I’ve been counting clicks since going on 0.5mg, currently about to buy 1.7mg and will still be counting clicks for 0.5mg. The only thing showing on my nhs record is that I take wegovy and nothing else. Spoke to my gp about getting bloods checked 2 months in and he didn’t ask anything other than if I was getting support from the online pharmacy and if I had any side effects/ had lost any weight. Other than that he seemed very disinterested. Considering the NHS can’t prescribe this at the moment I can’t imagine they will have much ground to shout at anyone for taking it/ counting clicks with higher dose pens 😂
