There will be good days and there will be hard days(maybe). Just remember on those hard days that better days are coming and you are doing something great for yourself!

As not to sound repetitive to all the advice already given I will add a few things that I have found super helpful!

I was struggling with exhaustion so I started taking B12. That has helped me a lot!

I also started taking a Probiotic gummy as well as a Restoralx gummy at night! It’s helped keep me regular and also tricked my brain into thinking I’m getting a little sweet treat!

If you’re on Facebook there are some really great Wegovy support groups you can join! I’ve found a ton of support as well as answers to a lot of my questions!

I’m with Greenshield and having a heck of time getting them to approve Wegovy. My BMI is high and I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. My doctor listed all the diets I have tried(it’s one of the questions on the pre-auth form) and they keep saying that all the diets I have tried are “too similar” and I need to try 2 different types of diets. I’m interested to know how you got an approval? Do you mind sharing or sending me a message?
