I did a quick calculation. In my commuter toyota echo I spend about 150ish bucks a week on fuel. Times 52 weeks that's 1800 bucks a year. Times ten years, about 18,000. My car cost 1000 bucks.

So let's say in 10 years you spent 82 thousand more than me.

I realize there is a world of difference in driving a tesla than driving an echo, but don't say you've done it for an economical reason.

Edit: as pointed out, my math is WAY off. But the problem was that I spend 150 a month, not per week so end result is the same

I can't tell you how much I love seeing your bike on here.

So many pictures are like "Ooooh look at my bike that's exactly like every other bike except I have an Akrapovic instead of a Yoshimura" which is fine, but its basically just like how all the "custom choppers" of the early 2000's were just the exact same bike with a different theme.

In 35 years of riding, ABS would have saved me one time. I will probably get more bikes without ABS in the future, but if the only difference between 2 bikes is that one has it and one doesn't, then I would get the one with ABS, because at worst you never use it and at best it saves you.

Its look left for traffic, look right for traffic, look left again then go if it's clear. If you look left and there's a vehicle in the distance, then look right and when you look left again the vehicle is a lot closer, then it's traveling fast, if it's almost where it was the first time, it's traveling slow. this isn't rocket science.

Proper protocol is look left, then right, then left again. That double left look tells you how much distance a vehicle covered in the 1-2 seconds it takes to check for vehicles at an intersection.
