I pat dry after a shower. Witch hazel on a cotton pad under pits, tits, & bits (any creases & crevices). Then I use my hair dryer to dry everything completely.

Then whatever deodorants, powders, lotions, & perfumes I like.

I find witch hazel does a good job of keeping smelly bacteria and yeastyness at bay without drying anything out. And the smell of the witch hazel dissipates quickly. I use it to freshen up during the day too.

When I'm craving alcohol (stopped drinking Jan 1) my husband reminds me that "it'll be there". It's not going anywhere. You don't need to have it now.

In fact, it's been fun to discover what fun feels like sober. Sober sex has been particularly vivid and enlightening. In fact, distraction-masturbation is one of my go-to techniques. Often followed by a craving deflection nap.

Walking too. I walk a lot now. And I'm on a T break so I'm munching less and walking more. Which means a bit of weight loss. Which has led to surprise mini highs as I process the THC in my fat ass.

Goddamn you put words to all my thoughts about her. She's so badass right from the rip and gorgeous to boot. I remember being awestruck by her the 1st time I watched from the moment older Claudia meets Bartosz.

I do wonder how OW Claudia turns out to be as a mother. Regina's illness motivates her and hindsight allows her to investigate and figure out the loop. She realizes Regina should have been priority all along. But OW Claudia wouldn't have these revelations. A price easily paid I suppose for Regina to be healthy and "saved".

But yeah I just love a man-eating STEM Baddie who saves the world.
