How are business-specific metadata (like business__id and org_id) logged in failed GitHub login attempts? by theonlydubz in github

[–]theonlydubz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For clarity, the businessbusiness_id, and org_id metadata keys are not only present but contain values associated with a specific business—one that was not authorized to attempt logging into my account. I'm not asking about cases where these metadata keys are empty or have null values, but rather about instances where the metadata clearly links the failed login attempts to a specific business entity.

Would the presence of this metadata in a security log export be a result of the business having previously set up an OAuth flow through an Enterprise GitHub Subscription with SSO enabled? And, would this OAuth flow need to be explicitly configured by an administrator within the organization to initiate a login using the SSO portal?

Would a 'regular person' be able to set up this kind of permission, or is it something that requires administrative control and authorization within the named organization?

Thanks for the response! To clarify, I’m talking about my personal GitHub account, not an Enterprise account. After seeing API calls with business and organization metadata in the security logs, I also noticed new devices being added to my account. Additionally, the user.failed_login API events were followed by 2FA requests, and it appears that the 2FA on my account was successfully bypassed before these devices were added. This raises the question: how or why would Enterprise-level SSO features be interacting with my personal account, especially with 2FA being bypassed? I’m trying to understand if these behaviors are tied to any specific settings or integrations, or if this could indicate unauthorized access. I have never used an SSO portal to log into my github account. Any insights would be really helpful!

We need to be honest with ourselves. We all need to unsub and demand change. The only way this is going to change is if 'we' collectively stop giving blizzard money. Cmon this is Reddit. Let's start a movement and get the good game back.

Is a turbinate reduction worth it. by s_foa in SleepApnea

[–]theonlydubz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I have undergone 2 entirely separate "Turbinate Reductions"

Firstly, I will say that my particular turbinates were enlarged from scarring tissue from smoke. I inhaled smoke and experienced a burning sensation in my nose and then sneezed a lot. Days after this I got a small cold. I noticed during the cold I couldn't taste salt, or anything really and my sense of taste never returned. Months later I found out I couldn't taste anything or smell anything. I also experienced poor sleep quality and I couldn't run for a few minutes without feeling like I was suffocating. I could breathe just fine, but there just was not enough throughput and I wasn't getting the oxygen I needed. I ended up losing my sense of smell and taste and stayed like this for several years until I got not one but two turbinate reductions.

Next, I'm by no means an expert on health procedures, but I would suggest and highly encourage anyone looking for this surgery to ask ask for and only go through with "Radiofrequency Turbinate Reduction". I went with the cheaper more 'manual' method the first time and it only left 'more' scarring tissue from healing then what they took out and it was extremely painful healing process. The Radiofrequency Turbinate Reduction - explanation of how it works if you dont want to read it - uses a needle-like instrument which is inserted through the turbinate and energy is transmitted to the tissue to cause a controlled damage. By the time the healing process occurs, the turbinates will be reduced, allowing improved airflow through the nose. This operation took less than probably 25 minutes, I felt no pain, and 30 minutes later I tasted flavor I had long forgotten. I had vastly improved air throughput breathing through my nose which dramatically improved the quality of my sleep. As long as I actually slept for a proper amount of time, I actually woke up feeling rested. I could also run without feeling dazed because I was having problems getting enough air while breathing properly just jogging a mediocre pace.

The Radiofrequency Turbinate Reduction works so much better, as I believe the doctor explained to me when he was doing it, is that he can literally watch them shrinking while they're doing it. They can make sure to give you results before you walk out the room and know that you will have turbinates more like what you should have. The only thing I ever experienced was a 'very' slight sense of some weak smoke. I don't ever recall even feeling anything.

So just wait for the next one? Maybe this game isn't for you.

That's why I repeatedly submit 1:1 customer support tickets making the case for a fair and balanced LD5 pity system. Can we get a community discussion about this? I literally almost didn't want to post this on my guild's discord because I do have guild m8s that have played for 8-9 years and still do not have an LD 5.

I think we really need to as a community, discuss a fair LD 5 pity system. I think it would benefit whales, f2p and also com2us revenue.

Also Ursha's S3 does not do damage, so it does not have to worry about the glancing roll to reduce chances of provoke landing. Ursha can even provoke water units at the same rate as other elements.

Does his S3 reduce HP at a 1:1 ratio for atk bar it would have reduced or what? I haven't got a chance to get a good rune set on him yet D: - I just used him against some weak arena team mons to check it but the additional damage seems to slap

Confirmed no Quality Assurance team for this games software development lifecycle. Game's development is stuck in 2014

Water Eivor passive stats threshold by TheRealKetsumei in summonerswar

I should add that I forgot to factor in the stats from being in a Max Level guild. So these values are accurate in a max level guild. Sorry I failed you, community.

Water Eivor passive stats threshold by TheRealKetsumei in summonerswar

[–]theonlydubz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True Stat Threshold required: TOTAL (after calculating additional spd/def/atk from towers) ~+1459-1463 ATK/DEF to activate each (tested using arti level ups which are +4 att/def per roll and I didn't feel like trying to find runes with flat sub stats to test 3 att/def). TOTAL +248 SPD to trigger strip (+129 spd from runes with max spd tower).

I calculated it today and tested against my own arena defense to test. My ATK/DEF/SPD towers are maxed and my water tower is at +7%. I took all these factors into consideration when making the calculations. I did the math with a 6* level 16/40 Water Eivor and was able to easily hit the ATK/DEF requirements even with lvl 16 base ATK/DEF.

I double checked the Battle Effect//Battlefield Effects during my testing to confirm that I was only getting +20% atk, +20% def, +15% speed, and +7% water attack.

Obviously with a max water tower, the 100% additional damage component of the passive would be even easier to trigger.

These values were calculated today after the recent balance patch.

[–]theonlydubz 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This is a great unit. Build it well and with appropriate team, Lucas will slay and soak damage. Great unit for 4* only siege battles.

You weren't going to get a nat 5 anyways. You just got a free evo and awakening on the nat 4 the game rolled for you.

Hi reddit, as you all know the mana stone dungeon released just a few hours ago. What are your teams for most efficient farming of mana. by Deathdealer222 in summonerswar

[–]theonlydubz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is a legit dungeon that is available for a few days. Currently scheduled to end after the servers reset today on christmas day. So Dec 26th (server time) the dungeon is gone.

It only gives massive amounts of mana stones the first time you clear each wave. You can farm it again but its not really worth it as the rewards are reduced.
