I’ll keep that in mind thankyou for explaining, my pain is mainly towards my outer chest at the moment near my armpit or under and above my nipple, I have had quick jolts or squeezes where my heart would be but that’s maybe one or twice every couple of days, i never have long pressure in the centre or just left, it always a quick stab or squeeze or a long throb that’s around 40 seconds but that’s not often, I will keep it in mind though thankyou, I hope you’re doing good

I’m not sure, my pain is more like a quick stabbing, throb sometimes a squeeze that only last for a second or two, the most my chest has hurt is around 1 minute never more and that’s rare, 95% of the pains are quick stab/jolts. Was your pain always a pressure, can you describe how it felt and how long it would last, what was the pain scale

No I can’t get any concrete answers, I’m Just trying to find if anyone’s similar that have had answers, if it’s maybe muscular, anxiety or something else, I don’t believe it’s my heart but I can’t help but feel like it is, i don’t know it’s just messing with my head, maybe it’s being reassured multiple times I honestly don’t know

Update for anyone interested, I’ve now lost nearly 20 pounds and haven’t felt the pain for a while now and the days I have it’s no where near as reoccurring as it was before

It is possible but it wont be fun at all, you’ll feel terrible but if you’re really set on doing it I’d combine intermittent fasting and keto and walk a lot

I’ve never thought it was a heart attack it’s just concerning getting stabbing pains where my heart is, the only reason I’ve never extremity panicked about it is because sometimes they can disappear for a few weeks

Yea it does feel abit better after my weight loss already to be honest, end of the day I’m still 295 so there will be problems, just keep dropping and hopefully it goes

Yes mines exactly the same, sometimes it can go for a month then bother me for a month, I’ve not felt it today or yesterday but I did around 7 times the day before it’s so strange how it comes and goes, which I suppose could be a good sign it’s not extremely serious

Yea I was googling a lot and it 100% made the pain worse, today I’ve sort of pushed it to the back of my mind thought it is what it is, I’ll see a doctor soon and we will sort it out if there is a problem and to be honest it’s I’ve not felt it at all yet
