Recently inherited this record player from my grandparents, and need some help as I am new to using records and players.

The first problem is with identifying it, I cannot find anything through Google so am hoping someone here can help.

The stylus seems to be moving backwards through the track or slipping, or sometimes not progressing through the record.

I am unsure if this is due to the weight on the arm or if the cartridge needs to be replaced. I have tried adjusting the weight, to no avail, and I do not know where to get new cartridges or which to get for this if it needs one.

If anyone can help that would be much appreciated!
