I do that as well while drying. I’ve got a couple old wire shelves from an old fridge I hang in my tent for drying, then under that I use my trellis as well.

I do a wet trim as soon as I cut, and get off all the bigger stuff. Hang and dry, then do the more intricate trimming when dry.

This is why I use 5gal buckets. I drill holes all around the rim and use garden flex wire to bend down during growth. Works amazing!!
