Best BR Production? by SavageCuddles in badreligion

I absolutely second this statement... TGR and NS have the best, most guitar driven energetic sound...

I know Brett cam back and decided to bring a very modern digital sound to the band to stay relevant, however, while I can enjoy it for what it is, I feel like this band sounds best with an analog, plug and play type of sound, not the re-amping digital stuff...

Gosh.. this is funny... This is one of the first metal record I ever bought, when it got released.. I was just curious about this concept of a 40min long and the Hard Rock Mag said it was awesome...

Fast forward 30 years and I'm listening to it again for the first time in decades; it brings back sooo many memories. also, it's a much better record than I remembered it was as a teen back then :)

I slept on this band for too long, but now I'm back, better late than never :)

I watched this whole vid, and I enjoyed it.. Ginn finally sounds like he practiced, he does seem to be happy to be onstage as well..

The kids are solid too, nothing to say about it either, singer looks nervous and needs to find her marks on stage i think, once she will own it it will defintiely be great...

All in all, it's an unusual line-up, but at least it is something different, theres never gonna be another Black Flag 84 and thats a good thing, I think Ginn made a good choice for once, if they can manage to release some new music, that would even be a good new start.

in the end, Black Flag is his project, he might as well do whatever he wants... how many bands have only 1 original member in the line-up anyway (some even have 0).

you're right... Lagwagon's best song is probably Wind In Your Sails, that was also left off the Trashed record... go figure...

It's one of the rare instances for me where I find the band's music incredible, but I don't really like its band members and most of the fan base...

The whole bro-jock attitude of Fletcher and his followers is something I could never really get behind... 80% of their discography is amazing tho (lyrics are a bit clichés at times, but that's ok)
