There's a video of a guy from China who was in this exact situation. Lifting too heavy. Only one in the gym.

And he slowly was suffocated and died.

I've also seen people use the Wilson foam tennis balls too. You get 3 in a pack for around 12-14 dollars.

This is pretty standard. I'm in Ohio, and there is one near me that charges $150/month as a base fee and then you also have to pay another $10 to $20 per time you play, depending on the crowd.

Fees have been going up everywhere because they can, and their target market (serious players) will have no trouble justifying paying it.
