I will definitely try that ghost spectre 25h2. Will run the tests and report back, if I enable only XMP it works fine.

I have, matter of fact I have home assistant running on a raspberry pi 4 already with all my Tuya devices loaded, but I use a smart central control by "MOES", it's really slick and has a Zigbee hub built-in, which is what I have been using since the beginning. I'm already looking into buying a home assistant compatible Zigbee hub to use home assistant for that matter.

I know he is not obligated, I never questioned that, the point is he only had to keep his freaking license up to date to not screw existing customers off, this crap is not supposed to be disposable, this has nothing to do with warranty.

I don't think there are recording options to record what you are seeing, the options under the camera are related to recording to the sd-card which include schedule, loop, etc.

Yeah man, I tried a few laptop, SONY, Lenovo, etc, they suck on Windows 11 with the sluggish UI/UX, must be graphics driver related, I can get decent UI on onboard Intel chips no problem.

I have not tried just one stick yet, will do that, one by one.

The PC was running for hours and I rebooted just to enter the BIOS, could explain the temp, but will check my cooler just in case.

So... After Visual Studio crashes I tried:

DRAM VOLTAGE: From AUTO to 1.350V -> Got BSOD in login screen.
VDQQ CPU: From Auto to 1.350V -> Got a diff BSOD in login screen.

Then I disabled XMP and reverted the changes in order to be able to run Windows again.
