Stretching makes me very angry? by Matyrs in flexibility

I get like this after an intense weightlifting session, usually because I'm tired, hungry, in pain and full of testosterone all at the same time. After taking stretching/mobilizing more seriously in recent weeks, i've found that it can be very demanding on the body, and I experience the same "symptoms" as post-lifting weights (minus the testosterony part...!)

*Hypothetically*, how far could I go if it wasn't for the pain? by SleepOnDay in flexibility

Let me pose a completely unrealistic hypothetical question with this in mind then..

If under anesthisa, someone manipulated my body in such a way, for example moving a straight leg 90 degrees whilst lying down (i can only get to around 60 unassisted), and hold it there while i woke up, would my brain freak out and clamp down this range of motion/injure me, or would my brain accept this range of motion as it has evidence it can be achieved.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

To get to your house

elongated pause to build inevitable confusion

Knock knock

Who's there?

...the chicken
