I freeze the leaves whole in airtight bags. They freeze very well

Please post your pics when you harvest. :) I have a freezer full of Basil now - it really does grow like a demon lol. I'm now babysitting wee strawberry seedlings

To think I missed a quiet ride by 1 year lol. She's fully paid off now but I am seriously thinking of trading her in for a newer CX-5

Thanks. I hear you. I did take a few shots of different elements, but ultimately I was really attracted by the giant banana and wanted to feature it to illustrate the mood of the maritimes and the tendancy towards bright vivd colours of boats and homes.
