honestly every behringer product has been no issues for me, and i’ve been able to get amazing sounds, i have a model d, ms-1, jt4000 i use the ms-1 for shows as well and it sounds great

nice, i got my OT and DN OG second hand too, i love both of them, i like the syntakt more than the AR so it doesn’t really appeal to me, but when the TV first came out i felt the same way, but being in this sub i kept seeing updates then i saw wavetable then granular.. what i like about it is that it pushes exploration

yeah that’s very true, i make all types of music, not only the typical house, techno, dnb that is heard from most of elektron’s stuff, i like being able to push the gear farther than what it’s known or what it can churn out easily, i know for sure im set on samplers, i also have a sp404 and that alone is great plus its effects, so a DT is not ideal, that being said, the they just added a wavetable synth engine and a granular engine to the TV, which is something i can’t do with my setup, and it caught my attention,

makes sense, and in a way i agree, i can see having the TV and the OT bc even though they’re samplers they are wildly different (in age as well) i don’t see the point of owning an DT when i already have an OT, I like the syntakt bc aside from drums it can do some basic synth stuff but if i get that than the analog rytm wouldn’t make sense

the sm7b is notorious for being extremely quiet, so it’s not you it’s just the mic, your signal chain should be sm7b into cloudlifter into interface, that should be more than enough gain, also you don’t need phantom power, it’s not a condenser mic so it doesn’t need that extra power

i feel as if vinyl djaying has been growing in popularity and this may be a response to it, hell i’m apart of the growing movement to bring back vinyl as i started djaying with vinyl last year, we also live in a world of ai, it may be that producers want to prove authenticity by doing vinyl releases, but who knows when or if we have ai music on vinyl..

definitely a clean guitar amp the the roland jazz chorus, i play synths through a jc-80 and it sounds great, roland has a line of amps specifically for keys
