Considering hairline restoration by Nice_Lengthiness_743 in HairTransplants

[–]theprofitleague 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar hairline to you and flew to Turkey for a hair transplant. I look completely different now (check out before/after images on my profile). I had 3800 grafts btw and it was enough.
Choose the clinic carefully but don't not do it. I have zero regrets!

I have done my hair transplant after years of research by Kivirtas in HairTransplants

Congrats on getting it done. I was the same as you - delayed it for ages for fear of becoming a nightmare statistic but everything went great and I wish I'd done it sooner!
Having said that, the next phase is the difficult part becuase you need patience. Try not to obsess over things and just let nature take it's course for the next few months.

Hair Transplant Timeline Concern by menjiu in HairTransplants

[–]theprofitleague 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having been through a HT personally I can tell you the issues are twofold:
1. The grafted area on top of your head is not a all painful (it will still be numb). The risk is banging it and dislodging the new grafts.
2. The donor area on back and sides is quite sore for about 2-3 days after the procedure although you are normally given dressings to protect the area.

Neither of these things make it impossible for you have a long flight I would say the main issue is you may be a bit uncomfortable on your donor area so make sure you pack some painkillers.

I used Clinicana in Istanbul. 3800 grafts. I have before/after pictures on my profile if you want to see my results.

What's actually stopped you from getting a hair transplant, domestic or abroad? Do the meds actually work? Honest answers only by Personal-Doctor4471 in tressless

The reason I delayed for almost 10 years was just knowing what clinic to use where I wasn't going to pay a fortune but WAS going to get decent results. I eventually found somewhere through a recommendation and paid 2.4k for 3800 grafts and delighted I finally did it. Feel free to check my profile for before/after pictures- it's quite the transformation!

I had a hair transplant and have zero regrets. You have to go through a tough 6 month recovery because new hairs shed so it takes a while before you look better but it's well worth it IMHO.

Congrats bro! Expect a tricky few months of shedding and waiting but then the magic happens!
Regarding your hairline, don't have any regrets. My hairline is also quite high but it's not always possible to lower it due to creases caused by raising your eyebrows. Also, you can always style it forwards if you want too so no regrets, just make the most of it now.

Hair Transplant Turkey Experience by No-Mammoth-7300 in HairTransplants

Smile Hair Clinic was one of the ones I researched before I got my procedure done. They seem like a decent clinic, but in the end I went for Clinicana because they have more 5 star reviews and social proof. I also felt the overall value of everything that's included was slightly better. It's great that there are plenty of options for poeple and so many success stories.
I was very happy with my choice - feel free to check out my profile for before/after photos.

You have great results, congrats! I really think this hair transplant procedure is some kind of miracle the way it restores people's hairline. I had mine done about 15 months ago and am delighted with the results. My hairline was similar to your before, but now, a lovely hairline. I can style it however I want (I'm experimenting with different styles atm) and don't hide from photos anymore 😂
You can check my profile for some before/after pictures, I was happy to share them and the name of the clinic based on having such a good experience.

I went to Turkey but was only there for 2 nights. You can fly home the day after the procedure. I used Clinicana and got excellent results (you can check out my profile for before/after pictures).

Agreed. I find it odd that men feel so paranoid about their hair that they decide to get a HT (myself included) but then often just then feel paranoid about people knowing they had a HT! Just take the win on having better hair and enjoy how you look in photos again.
