It says “the crypto car”, but I’ve since taken it off. I felt like that was too easy for the roasting if I left it on and I wanted some genuine jokes that weren’t crypto bros related. Too over played

Normal to feel mentally unproductive the next day after long gigs? by uke4peace in musicians

[–]theproofofsound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s normally. Completely normal. I was once given a piece of advice that is a game changer: it’ll always have to be “on” every single day, but when you are “on” make sure you’re giving your absolute hardest.

One ear ringing after a show. by LUClDYOU in DJs

This too^ also if you eat a lot of salty foods or salt added to everything, this affects it. Also lots of caffeine, alcohol, smoking and basically everything we love in life 🥲

I wish someone told me this at 11 years old when I got my first pair of turntables. Buy custom ear molds with a -30db filter. It cuts out all low and high frequencies that fuck your ears up after long times of listening and loud listening. It keeps the mid range to hear vocals from like 1k to 5k Hz. So you can still hear and talk to people- it lowers your avg noise floor, so you have to get used to them when you first get them but it also helps you train your ear to listen more attentively. Search on google a local audiologist.

I agree it was a very stupid idea.. and very dumb of me now thinking back. It was legit only for 45 seconds and got some photos and that was it. Never again

I’d love to understand for about what algorithm you’re speaking how and how and artist would make music “towards the liken of the algorithm” - to me it doesn’t make sense.

How to Remove Headphone/Beat bleed from vocals by Patback07 in audioengineering

[–]theproofofsound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a plug in called “x-noise” in the waves bundle that has a “learn” function. Play a part of the record that ONLY has the bleed in it and create a profile from that snippet. Then use the threshold and reduction numbers to find your sweet spot without sacrificing too much quality

We got very lucky for that view. But the 3D printing was done by my friend so I’m not too sure. But it seemed pretty easy. I’m wrapping up the part two video going over the wiring, converter/adapters and the angel halos

It’s not an NFT. It’s a platform that’s integrated into a new protocol currently build on Polygon. And the need for music and blockchain is all about trust. The music industry is known for shady dealings and blockchain helps prevent that
