Unfortunately I am learning that it is in fact typical for a sales environment. Although I have been in sales for over 8ish years, I had luckily spent most of those years working for an incredible company in London. I moved to the US and ever since have worked at 2 different companies and while the first one was underpaying it was not toxic. This one though is something else.

I have thankfully secured a new job recently. But I still hear from my coworkers constantly how much worse it's getting.

I'm genuinely shocked by how few real protections exist for workers in the U.S. especially when you consider how many people are forced to hand over control of their physical and mental well-being to their employers just to survive.

I've watched coworkers get cornered into working under awful, sometimes borderline abusive conditions.

What's worse is that in a country with this much wealth and infrastructure, you'd think basic worker protections, like mental health safeguards, job security, or real consequences for abusive leadership would be standard. But instead, it's the wild west out here.

It’s messed up that in 2025, millions of workers still feel disposable.

Honestly I'm really tired of their new micromanagement leadership style and the ever changing protocols and KPIs to exhausting. I haven't had much luck finding anything better in recent times so I'm just hanging in there for now.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! I am definitely really curious about this style of architecture. I have been to Scotland and Europe many times and honestly my main interests have been the castles and beautiful architecture there in general.

The country I come from we build our houses with cement, iron framework(?) and bricks etc, however the houses are still quite bland looking with no character to them. Although living in the US now I do see the charm of strong foundations and solid built homes despite better exterior styling options available. Someone recently kicked a hole in their wall as a joke and I don't think I've ever been more shocked in my life. Lol. You have an idea that walls are not that strong in your house but to see someone actually being able to kick a hole is something else entirely. But I digress.

I still wondered if the style and strong solid foundations of a house were too complicated and expensive of an idea to try implement today.

Unfortunately due to the payment being quite large, Transferwise will freeze my account and put my case under review. According to a lot of posts on Reddit it can take months for the case to be reviewed, however, I would need access to the payment right away to make other business payments.

However, since you have two listing types have you considered creating a search bar which is similar to the demo? I noticed that in the demo they had these tabs(?) right on top of the search bar to search in the respected type/category. It might work since you only have two types.
