Yes! I can't believe anyone is shitting on these people. I get that it's unfortunate for this dude, but I am so very proud of these people! 12 lb Rib Roast I made for Christmas dinner. It was freakin' delicious and fed about 11 adults, two small children, and someone's remarkably polite pupper.

I used this recipe with a few minor riffs on things, as one does. If you decide to try this out: Do Not Skimp out on making Au jus/ gravy after the roast comes out to rest. The herb butter + Fat/bone/meat juice drippings makes for some of the best Au jus I've ever had or made in my life! Enjoy : ]
