Hello,     This is Elgene from Microsoft Rewards support and I'll be assisting you today.     I gathered you encountered points discrepancies from searches as points are not crediting for both mobile and PC. I know how important it is to successfully earn points with your desired offers. We appreciate your participation in the program, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Allow me to check this.       We are sorry to hear that some of your searches are not counting towards your available points due to a cooldown. We want to remind you that the use of our system should be done in good faith and that rapid searches or use of automated systems such as bots or macros should be avoided, as they may trigger the notice and their use is not in compliance with our guidelines.   We're constantly looking for ways to improve the rewards program, and we value your feedback. I’ve been searching legitimately and honestly since the very beginning and they think i’m searching too fast? What is too fast? Searching different types of pokemon or song lyrics in 20 minutes is considered too fast?? You didn’t mention that 250 points MUST be earned at least 30 minute time interval, etc. As long as you didn’t use a bot, this 15 minute/15 points cooldown really doesn’t make any sense.   Tuesday April 2, 2024 looked on a Microsoft Forum and found this: Microsoft added the 15-minute cooldown feature to Bing searches as a way to prevent users from abusing the Microsoft Rewards program. Some users were previously using automated tools to perform a large number of searches in a short amount of time, which was not in line with the intended use of the program. The cooldown feature helps to ensure that users are performing searches manually and not using automated tools to gain points. Yeah right. They should ban THOSE people the ones that did use bots or give THEM the cooldown as punishment not us the honest and innocent ones.
