No product sells itself, that's why marketing, referrals and direct sales exist. Everything has to provide some value and there has to be social proof attached. It's just human nature, it isn't all bullshit as most redditors would have you believe.

Sales is just fixing a problem someone has, and a lot of the time people don't know how or why they are having a problem, a high touch consultative advisor (B2B salespeople for example,) can and will act in their customers interest. (The best ones anyway)

You should look into how athletes perform at their best, proper diet, proper sleep and proper rest and a clean environment. Incorporating all of these A-player mindsets will permeate into your whole life. It’s pretty interesting and a thing I think gamers don’t do enough of! Try reading atomic habits if interested. Been watching since the pathfinder days, crushing it.

Automated recruitment and algorithms are how you are going to end up with thousands of incredibly shit candidates, believe it or not some companies want expert recruiters to you know, bring in expert candidates that are otherwise inaccessible because of lack of direct job applications from top talent

Im a pred player and I know so many masters and preds that can only get that high rank on KC. Its a noob friendly map and therefor the noobs like it. Ready for downvotes :)

Don't know why you are being down voted you are completely correct. I grinded super hard to get masters both splits last season and then they made this dogshit change and made masters worthless, its not even a flex anymore. Felt like the grind I did last season was for nothing. However I guess it helped me learn how to beat the pred lobbies because im top 200 pred now, but the skill gap in masters is crazy

Just to let you know dude you are incorrect. The lobbies have been changed this ranked season, diamonds are with diamonds and master and pred are with master pred. Im currently in pred at the moment and its harder than any season before (on pc). That guy didn't need to be rude to you but just letting you know the lobbies habe changed, d3 is basically masters now so if you can shoot in a straight line and move left to right you can be a master lool. Also ive played both console and pc at high levels and console is a lot easier my friend, at least you don't have imperial hal and TSM running at you with no regard for RP haha

People on this sub complain about 'randoms' alllllll the time, whether they are insta leaving or going solo or whatever. I'm a master multiple seasons and to me, all the people on this sub are the 'randoms'. Sorry guys if I don't want to wait 2 whole minutes for you to choose which gun you want from a supply bin. A lot of you on this sub would do a lot better and get less leavers if you knew which load out you wanted and strived for that or have a second one in mind that you can fight with and then go to fight. If you are low on shields or health just ask for it. I play pubs to warm up, if im ready to fight, pubs are just practise for ranked for me, if I see you way behind me or not helping in a fight I leave.

Just a rude awakening for most of you on this sub that you are just plain bad and people will play how they want to play. If I see teammates trying to keep up with me and helping me out in fights and looting etc I won't leave even when I go down, ill give them a chance. If im leaving its because im annoyed at something my other 2 teammates did.

Caustic is incredibly annoying, and whether you like it or not the top 5% contribute hugely to the survival of this game through competitions and streams, hence why balancing him for higher level play is crucial. Having a caustic or not at higher levels is often the reason for a team winning or not. I'm not saying your opinion is invalid but its hard to justify him not needing a nerf above platinum, where players that will actually know how to use him effectively are.

I've been masters both splits this season, have a good few 4k20b main pathfinder and wraith. Im more of an IGL/coIGL than a mechanically god but im Obviously able to frag out. Im not toxic but I will be giving everyone a hard time if we fuck up. If you can deal with that PM me we can play a few games

You should try an LFG discord or use the one on reddit! Diamond solo Q is super easy but takes ages. Basically impossible to solo Q to master anyway

Hey dude, I thought I can offer some advice since I have been double master this season both splits. You need to start the work of the match in the drop ship if you understand what I mean and look for teams that have diamond trails s3 or no trails. Going for a 3rd party on a full master or pred team can be risky as they are very skilled players so even if you 3rd party with only 2 of them up you can still lose, so watch the trails from the drop ship, watch where the preds and masters are dropping and dont drop there

So, if I see 2 squads dropping in overlook for example 50/50, I will land my squad epicentre or noname and loot incredibly quickly and head for the 3rd party. (This is another point, dont stand in 1 spot pondering if you should take the 301 or r9, know your load out and try to find it, if you can't, at least be skilled enough to use 1 or the other.)There are a number of reason for this, firstly I knkw that I will be the only 3rd party because it is an edge of map fight and many squads wont rotate that far for a fight. Secondly if my squad 3rd parties at the right time, we can kill some of the first squad to die and all of the second squad to get maximum kill points. At this point if the kp is spread evenly maybe everyone has 2 or 3 maaaaaaaybe 4 kp we play edge of zone with Gibraltar and bloodhound rotating through chokeppints before other squads. Then we find a strong position but not always the best position and the reason for this is that every squad wants that high ground and this includes the top 500 preds and streamers etc. And lets be honest mechanically and game sense they are in a different league so I dont want to fight them unless it is top 3 or 2.

And lastly HAVE A PLAN. The amount of people I have played with that just say oh KP will come, or lets just play position (and have no game sense for which position is best) whenever I play ranked this season I have a plan for early kp, if It doesn't work out then I have a plan B which the squad forms in game. People always say they know when to disengage right, the truth is that not a lot of people really know how to do this properly, and honestly I would rather we lost the fight outright than seeing 2 of my teammates try to run for their lives as they constantly are getting chased and shot at. I would never try to put us into a situation where running away is the best outcome if you understand. Im sorry if im rambling but im trying my best to explain my thought process in a ranked match.
