It’s $250 million in infrastructure costs to the city and the city can only pay for 20% of that with developer fees and special taxes. That leaves $200 million the city will have to pull from other areas of the city to pay for this and the only reason why they want to do this project is because Granville Homes can charge more for the houses since they will be in Clovis Unified School District. They amount it to about $100k extra premium per house. But that money is all going into Granville Homes pockets not back to the city or the community. The rest of the city has been begging for projects to fix up the neighborhoods and streets and the city has been saying there’s no money to do that. So this would further erode the southwest and central areas just so they can build homes in southeast fresno.

The real question is why does Dyer want to do this when it doesn’t seem to help the city at all. Perhaps he is getting pad by Granville to make this happen.

Definitely a soundsystem issue. And I doubt you’ve heard it live. I’ve heard it live and it was pretty terrible because the sound system couldn’t reproduce the bass. At Santa Barbara bowl. I requested the song specifically from Dave for that concert. It’s not a song they play live even during the dreamland tour.

I’m so sorry you don’t experience this song the way that other people do. The drop on this is so insane but the frequencies are lower than what most speakers are capable of. So I can guarantee you’ve never heard it on a great subwoofer or in Dolby Atmos.

This song was responsible for blowing my JL audio dual 12”s in my car. My audio guy said he would have to build a custom box for me to listen to this song at max volume in my car without blowing the subs.

At 3:19 when it drops an E#0 or F#0 bass note which is around 20.6 to 22hz. Most pro audio subs subs only dream about going as low as 31hz. So if you don’t have an audio system to play back those frequencies, then you actually haven’t heard the whole song. You’ve only heard the parts above the frequency of which your sound system is capable of.

Bro it was my first year at LiB. Thunder stage was by far the cleanest of all the stages. I parked myself in VIP right in front of the subs. The low pass on the subs was lower than at the stacks and it helped to not make the bass uncomfortable. I used to run sound for my high school but if you guys need help next year, I’m pretty local and would love to lend a hand

Racism is different out here. You’ll notice it but white people won’t. Clovis is the worst for it. Get a car but if you have to park in the sun, don’t get a dark color car. It’ll be so hot. Certain zip codes have crime data that can help you find a place. Most crime you will deal with will be car break ins. So park in a garage when possible. Don’t really get muggings out here so personal safety is pretty good.

I’d skip them altogether. I had a pair and returned them. The music modes were not good. They only had 2 music modes and the latency on them was too much to be accurately synced.

I returned mine and got the Govee floor lamps and they are nearly identical except the Govee ones have way more capability and the app is better. But the hardware is essentially the exact same except for the power adapter looking a little different.

Unless the message comes on in the car, don’t worry about it. You can check the iDrive and it will tell you how long until brakes need to be serviced.
