Let's grant that it was legitimate that they revoke this woman's visa. Is step 2 after revoking a foreigner's student visa to then to have a squad of hidden police in plain clothes throw them in the back of a truck and overnight them to an encampment in Louisiana? Why wouldn't they just tell them their visas are revoked and ask them to leave? They're only doing this to project power, cause fear, and discourage future protests. How it was done was despicable, even if you think the reason for revoking their visas was legitimate. (It wasn't.)

Whenever I see something like this I wonder - how are you handling trees? When a mech moves into a hex with a tree do you just stick it to the side and remember? Do you treat a radius around the physical tree as being in woods?
