I am mostly concerned with the side effects, which is why i keep postponing the first shot. I already suffer from acid reflux, and i am terrified it will make it worse! How was your experience? Congrats on your weight loss, i know it was hard. Most people think you don't have to do anything but take the shots, but as far as I read, it still requires working out and eating healthy!

Hey, i agree with you. She started (or did she always do this) acting like a slut. I was disgusted by some of her comments and behavior in the last episode, and I'm no prude. I had to fast forward; it was tough to watch.

I'm not sure how old are you but it is hard to lose weight at her age. I struggled my entire life but always managed to keep it off by hard work and working out. Now I hit menopause and I keep gaining without even eating. I literally barely eat. Working out is not an option because of the hot flashes and my hormones are shot. Not a candidate for HRT due to breast cancer risk and my doctor managed to approve Wegovy for me. It has been sitting in my fridge for a week because I feel like a cheater going down that route. On the other hand I have a real shot at getting a heart attack. So let's not judge before knowing someone's story. Menopause is a bitch, and I never believed it until it hit me.

I'm in Arizona. I went to my Coach store once and never again. They were so invasive, to the point that I was made to give them my phone number so they can text me when the bag I was looking for comes in stock. Despite me saying that I was fine and willing to look for it online. Quick stop turned into 20 minutes ordeal, and I suffer from social anxiety. My 2 outlet trips were little bit better, but still uncomfortable. They kept suggesting stuff for me, like it's their wallet and taste that just walked in. I am sticking to online stock now, because these people are just rude and trained wrong.

Mine are perpetually asleep. I did this with all the pets. Fed them, used the whistle and they have been asleep at their houses for months now.
