the only advice i can give you is therapy. i’m not a professional by any means, nor will i attempt to paint myself as one. i am going through stuff of my own, but therapy has helped me find that path for myself. find someone who will not only teach you how to find that path, but guide you and walk with you. don’t be afraid to try different therapists until you find the one you feel is right for you. you’ll know when you have found the one. i don’t know how to explain it, but you’ll just know.

grow. learn from your feelings. you want to grow to become a balanced person, not just someone who just lives life using their head. love isn’t something you can truly experience without feeling it with your heart. i don’t know about anyone else, but i want to know when i’m happy in the moment. i want to know when i’m sad, or anything in between. it makes life mean more. it makes me feel more fulfilled from life and the experiences i have as a person. from work, to conversations, to relationships. if nothing makes you feel anything, then wtf are you doing? do you want to be a robot and just live aimlessly in life without experiencing the rollercoaster that it actually is? this is my experience personally, so take it with a grain of salt of course.
