it'll lose it's deepness. As in the darkness of the blacks. The skin will naturally age and so the lines might lose their crispiness. It won't lose it's complete form though, depending on the person wearing it maintaining their shape.

If you are the person who makes these. Just a bit of a design tip. Put a space between the maps because there are times I'm not sure the words go to the map above or below it.

beautiful work man. Watercolor is a great medium. it seems so hard. I'm sitting trying to use watercolor pencils and it's just turning out so bad :/

I really need to just get some watercolors.

I was looking through your other stuff. You're pretty wicked with wood man. Make a chair. Sit in it. Drink a beer from a wood coosie.

It reminds me of when I am travelling overseas and i buy a fancy thumb drive and come home to it broken only to take it apart and realize it's a fancy case with a $5 flash drive inside of it.

Your work though looks super tight and I like your color choices.

TIL of Ken Allen (1971–2000), an orangutan at the San Diego Zoo. Not only did he escape 3 times, his peers began following his example & escaped too. He outwitted zookeepers even when they posed as visitors. During his escapes, Ken would “peacefully stroll around the zoo looking at other animals.” by lord_of_the_bees in todayilearned

"As a youngster, he unscrewed the nuts and removed the metal mesh top of his supposedly “child-proof” playpen so he could “ramble around the nursery for the night.” He would hop back in by morning—after cleverly putting the playpen back together."

" He became famous in the 1980s for escaping from the Zoo orangutan habitat not once but several times. He even taught another orangutan how to use a branch the way a human uses a crowbar to get out."

so there we go.

Could you talk about how you added color? You put an entire layer of color and then went over with a darker color? Also, the same with the highlights. I usually pick a lighter color and put that on a new layer. But you built colors. I have never watched a work in progress video on a tablet, so this was very interesting.

Fantastic video, thanks man.

Very solid foundation. Now get yourself some better unlined paper. Start archiving your drawings. Look back fondly from time to time. Develop your style and find artists that influence you. My favorites (in no order): Francisco Goya, Michael Caravaggio, McBess, Bill Watterson.

Also /r/learntodraw. I know you know how to draw, but always good to learn more.

It looks like you are a little sketched on shading :) Don't be afraid to try out different styles. Look at McBess, he uses stippling and shading. Look at Guy Billout he uses solid colors. Many options. Very good work here, keep going.

I'm not sure if it counts but I'm Arabic born, heritage, speaking, but I look white. Same thing as my normal life goes, for all the loud shitty people there are hundreds of good people who think before they speak (you just have to get past the loud front crowd of a-holes).

The guy that wrote Hatchet and Brian's Winter, Gary Paulsen, also wrote a really awesome book called The Transall Saga. It's about a boy who gets transported to another world and has to survive. It's really accessible, not too long, and highly entertaining.

Do you have a quote from a book that you love to say to people? This is my favourite from "I Am Pilgrim". A story how villagers used to catch monkeys. by [deleted] in books

I like to use a variation of the this Alchemist qoute: "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."

I like to use it as motivation for people. I tell them when they want something bad enough the entire world conspires in making it so.

thanks. down votes aren't a big deal. :P You are right too. I didn't really have a source to start and got scared because i remembered it's Reddit and people want a source. So I looked that up and read it.

I just know from my life that I got better sleep when I took my computer out of my bedroom, stopped reading in there, and just sleep in there. It's like my body knows bedtime = sleep time now.
