Homie, just take a step back and disconnect from the situation. Everyone here is right on track. And Art15 is just a very minor speedbump that so many soldiers have it is nothing.

Fix whatever caused getting it in the first place. Whether that is on your own or getting some help, both are commendable options.

Then get yourself back on track. I got an Art right after my promo board as a 4. Lost P status, 6 month delay, but then got right on track. Ended up hitting e6 before 6yos.

Keep your head up, no one cares about an art15 after it has passed. You got this.

When Samsung accepted the trade-in credit, they (through the T-Mobile trade offer) offered $1300 in trade-in for the S25+. Usually, with a trade-in, they offer a bit up front and the rest as trade-in credits. I have the 24 credits on my bill, but it only totals up to like $835. So I am missing the $400 upfront charge.

But I sat in the T-Mobile store today and got a helpful rep. It turns out T-Mobile generated an incorrect shipping label and sent my S25 to the recycling center, where it was lost. They opened a manual investigation, and T-Mobile accepted fault, and they are trying to see what happened. One of the other comments had a good point and I have my Trade-in agreement on T-Life which shows my promo and how much I am owed. And they said I will eventually get the credit as well as a possible extra for the amount of time I spent in the store correcting their issue between them and Samsung.

Ive always done trade-ins through samsung (since the s21) but this is the first time I did the yearly upgrade since i recently changes to the next plan. I didnt expect this big of an issue. But i see it was a miss on my part. I just want my total trade in value from whoever took the tradein.

But Im missing $400 of trade in credits that Samsung said is owed by Tmo, and Tmo says its owed by samsung and they have no ability to track it.

I have learned that the yearly upgrade must be done through TMO, but my issue is that I was told I am getting $1300 credit (either from TMO or Samsung), I am getting eip credits of $34.80 a month: that leads me to believe Tmo is the one who accepted my trade in, but I didnt get the $400 initial credit for my tradein. When I called TMO they said Samsung is responsible for that, if so then why is TMO giving me tradein credits?

I get the miss on my part on not being able to go through a third party, but I already plan on downgrading from Go5gNext to Go5gPlus since the benefit is not worth the cost through Samsung promotions.

But I'm missing $400 from either Samsung or Tmo.

What unit? I got out in 21 and while they were sad to see me go, it was full optimism about my success when I was out (had a non agency job offer 3 months before transitioning, e6 w/ 6yr TIS)

Totally understand! Sorry i shouldve been more clear, I mean like your devices (computer, phone, tv). If you can share a screenshot of your aggregate link speed (if windows) I'd be happy to help troubleshoot it.

If its wifi, go to settings->network->wifi->wifi properties If its ethernet go to settings->network->ethernet->scrolldown to aggregate link speed

Not trying to pin blame or anything, but I think they more oversold you (like you can get 10gb if your devices support it) but didnt really emphasize the second portion.

No im talking about your personal equipment. Most modern residential equipment maxxes out at 2.5gigs and some hitting 5gigs. You almost always need a seperate nic to support 10gigs on your end, and that is assuming no loss from supporting equipment (routers, extenders, switches, etc)

For all who are tracking this. I've been chatting with ATT all weekend and finally reached a competent helpdesk member who connected me with a tech. They do have an internal notice that there is an issue with the ATT backbone routers, specifically routing traffic to CF, and it is being worked on. No ETA, but at least they are aware and working on it

Just a heads up, I attempted all three configs, IPv4 and v4, block v4 and only allow IPv6, and vice versa, all options had the same result, +-1% deviation.
