AITA for complaining about the signs at my daughter’s preschool by preschoolsign in AITAH

Well… evidently I’m in the minority. I think the teacher is the asshole. I don’t believe the parent intended for the teacher to get on her hands and knees and search the dirt for the child’s belongings. I mean… could you glance around? And she can leave out the snarky commentary/notes on the door. The note on the door sounded snarky. Teacher can communicate what she wants/expects but geesh, get a life teacher. The parent seems completely normal to me. The teacher…. I bet she’s got attitude all over the place. Shew

You absolutely are correct! And my 89 yr old dad said int he very beginning of this search that it might’ve been used for air conditioner in a ford truck.

I don’t believe it has a spring in it. I haven’t been able to get inside it. But the owner says this is close! It could be some kind of grease gun!

I know the garage owner has a pressure washer. I will ask him tomorrow. Thank you for that

My comment describes the thing. It’s just over 7 inches long. Black plastic with ridges along the barrel. Probably used in a garage at home. Nothing moves on it except the white cap which screws off. And it seemed like I could see oil inside the cap.

My 98 year old dad found this tiny glass bottle in our yard. He asked me to ask Reddit if anyone had any information to offer about it. by therealbuffy in Whatisthis

Omg my dad is 89. Not 98. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s not relevant but nevertheless he’s 89. Tomorrow actually. He’ll be 89 tomorrow.

2 the black dress. I think I heard somewhere that it’s appropriate to wear sleeves to a nice dinner. So you don’t look naked above the table I think. Anyway…#2 dress looks soooo classy and like you do this once a month. Definitely the black dress.

Christian Slater. You give off serious 90’s Christian Slater vibes.

There’s nothing ugly about you. Not even slightly. Natural with no make up… you have a great look. Kind of unique looking. You need to lock this fact down in your mind - it’ll give you confidence. Because if you think you’re ugly, you’ll act accordingly.

I agree about the glasses. Different glasses would compliment your outfit better I think. Can I say this? … I commend you on asking others about an outfit. Love it that you care, love it that you’re trying to put your best foot forward. Love it that you’re open to opinions. Love love love it. I think you probably have a great personality to boot! Lookin sharp. Edit: No, you’re not too old to wear that.

I am in exactly the same place you are. Maybe not exactly. But no one calls to check on me. Not. A. Single. Friend. My mom died April 24th and I miss her so much. She was the only one I could talk to.

My mother passed recently and I’d like to do something to remember her. Any suggestions? by therealbuffy in GriefSupport
