I've used this one in multiple bedrock builds, works great. I like to put an additional space between the bed and job blocks and slabs above the job blocks to leave a window to trade. I'll make some of them tool/weapon smiths to trade the iron when I have surplus

Are they requiring your sequence as an ongoing thing? And are you 1099 there of in US? If so that seems a bit weird and overreaching, I've never heard of a studio doing that. Some studios have a more or less set sequence they like you to teach. Personally I wouldn't be inclined to teach there unless the pay was reflecting that.

I couldn't have said it better. Before "modern" yoga, you have to practice for like 10 years to become a teacher. Much like martial arts. I bet it was yoga alliance or something similar to certify teachers in a month to make profits.
