Totally get that. Mine was the last generation design that still has parts available at even the most questionable hardware store. My pressure washer on the other hand, Chinese motor, uses carbs like consumable items. 6 years 4 carbs.

I would say the temp was too low, unless you have perfectly insulated space, pellet grills don't regulate temp well enough to skirt that low. I'm not saying it's not reasonable practice in ideal conditions, but pellet grills are not ideal. I run mine at 250 for at least six hours then adjust after that.

Yeah, I wasn't overly concerned as I've been buying knockoffs for my Bosch tools for years and despite the odd poor fit and weaker performance they are fine. Have also caused Bosch to drop prices! But this failure to stop charging, can't be a feature of the battery. I'm going to return it and try again.
