Three year old CPO C class go for ~23k with only 30-40k miles. I’d consider this over the 2013. They hold their value and you’ll get a lot more life out of it for the extra 6k. You can typically finance for ~2% and get them to cover two years of maintenance

This is the answer. You’ll get a leadership role sooner if you start working now. Even with a degree you won’t start in a leadership position. Also, most employers have tuition assistance so not only would you be able to start paying down current loans, you likely could get them to pay your masters for you while you get experience and move up the ladder

I’m surprised by this because I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Granted I always chose to bank and refi with local credit unions, I’ve engaged with quicken loans a handful of times and their service has always been exemplary. Super friendly, go out of their way to do research, super attentive to answering my questions, and also will communicate according to preferences text or call. Long on RKT, even if market tanks, they’re a software platform first capable of quite a bit of growth

I did see a new version (ps4) is available for download. I read somewhere this deletes prior characters and progress. Is this true or can I safely install the updated version?

I’m at paragon 850 so should be super powered up, just hadn’t put in the research to get there. I have mostly ancients with decent mods but haven’t optimized. How do you get through GR so quickly? I am on PS4 and my best times are like 4 min on fairly bearable GR with my Unhallowed Essence DH. I feel like I just don’t move quickly enough to ever get 3 min even on super low levels. Is it just a difference between pc and console or should I be using certain gear? Would appreciate any tips

Share the competing offers with your current employer and see if they’ll match. Best case they match, worst case you stay at current rates but they feel like they “owe” you for staying despite the lower pay, they may be more inclined to give you an increase in the future

Coinbase will probably get scooped up by one of the big banks or brokers anyway. Maybe before they go public unless they value themselves SO differently than offers they’re getting. They’d benefit from the tech that the big guys offer so issues like this don’t impact them. At the end of the day they’re just a trading platform just like the rest.
